Once goods have left the premises we are not held liable for damage, loss or any other problems caused by the Post Office or Courier.
We will however accept returns on faulty goods
Due to their nature light bulbs cannot be returned as we have no way of knowing whether blown bulbs are due to bad wiring, power surges or other electrical problems.
Faulty goods will be replaced. We will pay the postage to return the goods
